Their building in the Meatpacking is a warehouse-renovators dream! A vast corner plot over 6 floors gives public-scale furniture space to breath. The renovation is considered and expensive, and the floors cover open living, dining, bedrooms and decor. A top-floor restaurant mixes style and views.
Staff are knowledgeable and iPad-powered and they blend consultations with welcome.
Friendly and active capture of interest and qualification into their CRM.
In addition to the store and restaurants, they have opened a "guesthouse" on site. The landing page is at pains to point our it's not a hotel - "it's our home" - before describing the 6 luxurious rooms, 3 suites and a residence, all with access to the rooftop pool and private restaurant. Naturally, photography is not allowed and so we have to imagine for now...

Louis Vuitton ramps up our understanding of "Landmark" with two buildings on 5th Ave (one, a gastro-theatrical brand experience, and the other a near-art homage to their luggage). "Bold" is one word!
Confident, swish, if off-the-track setting for this luxury second-hand handbag operation - luxurious lounge meets science lab and robot warehouse. A must-see.
