In a nutshell
Fjallraven's brand stores have been showcasing products, explaining materials and heritage and emphasising sustainability. This store is a standard example, but brings alterations, repairs and maintenance 'centre stage' in the store
In their words
"We are the official Fjällräven brand center in New York. Each of our sales associates are experts on our products. If you ever have any questions about waxing, repairs, or general care, feel free to drop in or give us a call"

The airy shop makes the "make and mend" sewing feature into the store's central focus. A step beyond simple re-waxing, this is one of the better and most prominent examples of the in-store tailor and customisation.
