Our network reflects the importance of people to performance. Our networking for commercial leaders supports their agenda. We provide research, stimulus and a forum to exchange ideas. Our network and community activities are always off the record, confidential and retailer-first.
We focus on leaders in the Top1000 retailers and brands across Europe, innovators and shapers, the fly-highers and leaders for tomorrow. To engage, contribute or suggest, contact Ian Jindal for general enquiries, or follow the links on the activities below.

RetailX’s RetailCraft Network is comprised of a unique cohort of senior professionals and experts in digital retail and D2C sector, initially the European Top1000 companies. Members have free access to all of our data, a private community site, informal events and ‘AMA’ sessions and the monthly Executive Networking Dinners in London (with another dozen each year in AMS, BER, PAR, CPH and NYC). RetailCraft membership is free for qualifying D2C leaders, and in return we ask for completion of the quarterly Leadership Barometer (of course members get full access to the data too). Hopefully we will already have reached out to you, but if you’re newly promoted or we’ve missed you in error please let us know! Contact Ian Jindal or complete the form…

RetailX Salon, in association with Adobe,  is a quarterly, off-the-record meet-up series to support an exchange of ideas. The informal, confidential and peer-led programme balances ideas, experience and discussion.

We cover topics of commercial interest to leaders in digital D2C – retailers, brands selling direct, marketplaces and experiences.

Our first meeting was in May 2024 – see the upcoming programme, or apply to join the Salon and gain access to the dedicated community site.

The Salon is a space to make and change your mind!

Whether a private breakfast during the National Retail Federation in New York each January or a behind-the-scenes visit to major retailers, via a custom store tour in London, Paris or New York to qualitative research sessions, we find ourselves invited (or inviting ourselves!) to a range of places. At RetailX events our network members have VIP Green Rooms, special access and meetings, and we’re always interested in chances to meet, chat and exchange ideas. To join in be sure to get onto our (spam free, protein-only) mailing list. If you have a cunning and curious idea to host or engage, please contact Ian Jindal
